The building is on the Ave , different varieties of food and delicacy
Cons:
INFESTATION OF RATS , ROACHES , BED BUGS MOLD DOESNT FIX ANYTHING , RENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FIX IT THE OFFICE TO PAY RENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL ( WILL MISPLACE RENT MONEY ) BACKYARD IS FILLED WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE ( THEY GET HIGH & DRUNK EVERYDAY ) BUILDING ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE URINE
