In Foreclosure, Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice street overall quiet. Small building no neighbors.
Cons:
I lived here for almost 2 years and would have stayed longer if Management had kept up with repairs requests. For me it was no hot water in the shower - no way to live. They kept contracting these bizarre people to come and “fix” it .... one arrived with no tools. Others came and disappeared. I wasted a lot of time waiting for repair people that were not professional or equipped to do the job. Manager Moshe is a professional con artist. When I signed my lease I asked if there was any planned construction... they said no....literally the next day scaffolding went up around my unit and it’s been there for years (they also own the neighboring building) which is in worse shape. Building is in foreclosure so theres no motivation for management to care. It’s just an endless con with these people. Oh and at least renewal they charge a fictional “processing fee” of several hundred dollars, in addition to rent hike.
Advice to owner:
Honesty with tenants
