Great location, great neighbors, some roaches, building maintenance is not great

Pros:
* great location, close to JMZ and close-ish to L * neighbors are super nice and really welcoming * super is very nice and takes care of packages * issues like leaks and clogs are taken care of by the super very quickly
Cons:
* we think either a neighbor has a roach problem that causes a few strays to come into our apartment or the apartment's previous tenants had a big roach issue * When we moved in we had a list of issues with the apartment (e.g. we have 1 working lock instead of the 3 you're supposed to have, no fire alarm, breaker didn't have a cover door, etc.). Only the fire alarm issue was actually fixed. The rest, we've solved ourselves since it was relatively cheap and easy to do so. * Roof of building leaks/overflows during large storms -- didn't actually make its way into an apartment but shows poor maintenance * elevator is very old/slow and not exactly welcoming * the caulking around the apartment is starting to deteriorate and flake off * exterminator comes every couple months instead of every month like they're supposed to
