Great location but Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything, quiet building.
Cons:
Hallway floors and ceilings are cracked especially around stairs, looks dangerous. Second entry door floor cracked needs repair very dangerous. Building definitely needs work hallways need plastering repair paint. Noticed older renters are not treated like the new renters. Their apartments are not fixed which seems very unfair. Hard to get In touch with management during Jewish holidays. Management slow at responding to issues.
Advice to owner:
Update hallways & entire building apartments to reflect the new lobby and redone apartments.
