Responsive landlord, good trash management, good group of tenants.
Cons:
Super is not very effective or responsive sometimes.

great location and surprisingly not a lot of noise given its on bedford

old appliances and bathroom

Loud and noisy street

Large apartment, easy to get to city, half block from subway
Cons:
Got bed bugs twice, super loud street, tiny kitchen, can’t control heat

Heart of Williamsburg apartment

1. Lots of natural sunlight
2. Landlord attentive and understanding
3. Friendly neighbors - feels like family
4. Close to everything in Williamsburg and subway steps away
Cons:
1. No peep hole front door
2. Extremely loud/noisy due to Bedford Ave (need new windows)
3. 3rd room isn’t a bedroom - no light or window
4. More cabinets for kitchen/storage
5. People hanging on stoop at all hours - making it difficult to enter/leave apartment building
6. Issue with garbage
