Good residence, bad management

Pros:
Beautiful, renovated apartments.
Cons:
Terrible management. Unresponsive, wouldn't put out salt during the winter, wouldn't clean the laundry, many times they had mold in them and the laundry room had holes on the floor. Very unsafe. At one point there were pests in the building and it took them forever to check.

Demanding but unhelpful management

Pros:
New units, friendly neighbors, high ceilings, pretty sunlit
Cons:
Pest issues (rats!! Around first floor), roaches, and some mice
Advice to owner:
There needs to be better communication if residents are not going to have direct communication with the super.
