Management is mediocre, neighbors are solid.

Pros:
Welcoming neighbors and community!
Cons:
Staircases and hallways are not respected as communal areas when it comes to cleanliness. While the super works to keep these areas clean, there are a handful of tenants who do not care to pick up their own trash whenever they're hanging out in common areas.

Pest management for mice is poor on management's behalf. We had a mice infestation for 8+ months before management decided to pay for an exterminator to come in and do a thorough job.

You'll have to keep pressing management to get things done. They own a slew of properties so, honestly, they just don't care.
Advice to owner:
Respect your tenants! We pay good money to live in these spaces.
