Pros:
The apartments are big.
Cons:
Everything… the super doesn’t do anything besides one guy that doesn’t even live in the building. Mold and roach galore. The hallways stink, the elevator stink, the stairwell STINK! The tenants clean more then the super.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants! I understand we live in NYC, but do better.
