Great landlord and super!

Pros:
The landlord Mo is great. He will answer your calls or texts and get back to you quick. The super is a great reliable guy.
Cons:
People who have lived there for years are very loud and don't really care about noice level or time of day or speaking on personal matters in the hall loudly.
