unresponsive landlord and management

Pros:
Good sized units and priced okay. Good neighborhood. Building Super is very kind.
Cons:
Management rarely answers the phone. I filed a complaint for a violation through 311 and the landlord lied to 311 and reported it fixed when it was not, and I never received follow up. It’s an older building with pests.
Advice to owner:
answer the phone and fix the pending violations
