Nice family building, but you have to be ok with noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is close to many bars and restaurants, the train is a short walk.
Cons:
Walls are very thin and the inhabitants are very loud. People bang drums and crank music all day, the doors are not soundproof so you can hear everything that happens in the building.
