Top floor leaks Lg cutout hole in the ceiling 1 yr lease and never fixed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry and a gym
Cons:
Management does not fix everything in timely manner, if at all.
Advice to owner:
When you have tenants that pay their rent, every month, and on time, during a pandemic, keep up their living quarters should not be an issue. There is no excuse for holes in the ceiling, mold, broken gym equipment, and burned out stripped lighting in the kitchen after numerous tickets and emails over a year. Service is horrible and unacceptable.
