Great first apartment if you don’t mind roaches

Pros:
Very good neighbors, very cool building, nice roof and courtyard.
Cons:
Massive Roach infestation in the building which seems to have subsided. Landlord is nice, but incompetent, and super is very weird.

Pros:
Big rooms, nice building layout with a courtyard, Central air and washer dryer in unit
Cons:
Super is amazing but sometimes gone for long periods of time, parts of the building seem to be slapped together since it was converted from an old knitting factory (i.e we didn’t have working ventilation above our stove)
