Sometimes I’m afraid to enter my building because of the swarm of rats in the garbage cans

Be a little more responsive when your tenants ask for help.

Quiet building with friendly and respectful neighbors.
Cons:
Building is structurally neglected and often left dirty. You have to hassle management for response when issues arise. Packages are stolen regularly from entrance.
