They don't listen to tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Other than the fact that there's a roof overhead, there are no pros to living in this building.
Cons:
The owners don't care about the fact that there's black mold growing in one of the closets. They wont do anything about complaints of neighbors smoking in a building where its against the law to smoke within 50 feet of the building except leave a note.
Advice to owner:
Listen to someone other than the head of household when it comes to repairs needing to be done and actually do something other than leave a note about smoking and noise complaints.
