Worst Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is nice, clean, and offers amenities. Super is great.
Cons:
Please read the google reviews on this building before you make any decisions. Despite the building being nice, I still would never recommend it to a friend because the management here does not care at all. The amenities all come with strings attached (deposits and fees for gatherings), and there is a new issue every day (broken elevator, noise, stolen packages).
Advice to owner:
Hire new building managers who are attentive, communicative, and actually care about the tenants. This is not a warm community to live in.

Management could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is new, and it is clean
Cons:
Management is a nightmare, repair will take ages, lost two packages in the past nine months, trapped in the elevator twice, also the doors are paper thin

Amenities out the wazoo
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern everything, very clean. Building staff is friendly and helpful, especially Allen the super. Rooftop view is gorgeous, the gym has all the basics you need including a barbell rack and multiple treadmills, and there’s even a basketball/pickleball court.
Cons:
Building management is quite unresponsive. At first they answered my messages but gradually just stopped responding unless I pestered them via the app and email. Yes, the whole building operates via app, including all door locks. You get a key fob which is good, but sometimes the locks disconnect from the network and even the fob doesn’t work. Also, rent is high for the square footage, but you get a lot of other things with the building.
