Terrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heat and can control heating temperatures
Cons:
The place has mice, terrible neighbors too much violence and the management is terrible she never fix anything. People have mold in their apartments and she hasn’t done anything. The manager is a slum lord
Advice to owner:
Instead of trying to move your own people in you need to fix the things wrong in people apartments. A numerous amount of people have mold in their home, need new cabinets and bathrooms floors and all you do is smoke cigarettes outside the office. Fix what needs to be fixed instead of being a slum lord. STOP gossiping with tenants and make our living situation comfortable

My opinion of property
Former Tenant
Pros:
The layout of the property
Cons:
It’s not being cleaned properly, security doesn’t job they job they run errands for the manager instead of securing the property
Advice to owner:
She should stop utilizing the parking area for her personal parking of her many vehicles, allow the tenants to park their cars, open the community room back up for the tenants and the children, stop talking to the tenants about the residence business, fixed up the apartments these tenants needs new appliances cabinets paint jobs etc,
