A complete mess of a place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent prices are very competitive if you’re looking to save towards another place or to get out of a financially tough spot. All utilities are included which makes it appealing.
Cons:
There are homeless people sleeping in the building which is not something you want to come home to after a long day at work. There’s also people who love to smoke in the hallways which the smell sometimes creeps into your apartment. Management is very lazy to get issues in the building fixed so be weary.
Advice to owner:
Fix the issues in the building like the mice problem and homeless people sleeping in the building
