The units are spacious and ours had a lot of windows
Cons:
Filthy- the roof was leaking in the lobby and falling on the ground and it took them days to clean it up. There was an event in which the plumbing from the building was backed up and literal shit from the units above us was flowing into our apartment. It was SO horrible.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive.

Pros:
Laundry in building. Elevator. Keyless entry. Clean. Large apartments.
Cons:
Less than responsive super and management company. Stolen packages from lobby. No working cameras. Building door often broken
