Fantastic Area, Small Apts
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is really beautiful, very close to prospect park and parade grounds. Pet friendly, lots of dogs in the area, very close to the dog park. Majority of the neighbors are very sweet and friendly, super is very responsive.
Cons:
The apt I had was basically an illegal 1 bedroom, not sure about the others. We had a really bad roach problem and whatever exterminator they use doesn’t really work. We bought our own pesticide and that took them out.

Average Prewar Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has an elevator, decent sized apartments, mine was rent stabilized, basement laundry, very close to prospect park and the train
Cons:
Old building, bugs can find their way into your apartment so be careful and clean, can hear neighbors easily with the creaky floors
Advice to owner:
Allow electronic rent payment
