Not bad for bare minimum

Pros:
Pet friendly. Responsive super.
Cons:
Sometimes fight and loud. Bike got stolen twice. Got bedbugs the only time ever when I lived here. Don’t think cameras worked. People don’t really care about the building. Owners tried to get rid of families that had been there and stabilized for generations.
Advice to owner:
Care about people more, not numbers.
