High Piece; Low Quality
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoy that the tenants are mostly older or have children so it’s very community oriented
Cons:
Management does not care about their tenants; only renovations that are done are to outside of the building while they continue to raise rent. Old fashion kitchens and bathrooms. Pests all over the place without a quick responsive rate. Lazy management to take care of the core problem instead they will pretend to take care of the problem by spraying quickly and leaving.
Considering SUING for having my tub being clogged for almost a week before a response . Had to play $300 out of my own money to get it fixed.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pest problem form the root instead
Try to respond in a timely manner to urgent issues
At least try to renovate your apartments if you are going to raise rent
