280 Powers Street Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to a public garden, quiet and on a great street. The apartment is nice if you can handle the cons
Cons:
Management is horrendous. The building has multiple sanitation citations and no permits for recent renovations. Garbage is the worst on the block by far. Lots of smokers in the building, so there’s a consistent heavy smell of cigarettes. The backyard is great, but is unbearable in the summer with a serious mosquito problem. Management never responds and has left tenants without heat for 2+ months in the winter. My recommendation, don’t move here.
