Ok, but badly designed building

Clean, new, modern
Cons:
New windows in the kitchen, no windows in the bathroom, garbage is all right in front of the first floor bedrooms, so you can’t open those windows since it’ll stink, little common area.
Advice to owner:
Move the trash to a different place
