It's OK, management has cut perks significantly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location near the park. Roof deck, decent gym.
Cons:
Used to have 24h concierge, not anymore. Management got rid of it and replaced the night shift with an intercom. The roof on the 123 side used to be pretty nice, but has been destroyed and "under construction" for years now.

Drastic Decline in Services
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front desk & Porter staff Gym Rooftop Proximity to Prospect Park & subway
Cons:
Moved into this building 5 years ago. A 24 hour front desk team is what attracted us to the building. Since then, it’s been reduced, some days down to 8 hours or none at all. We share a connection to 125 Parkside Ave. When their concierge calls out, they pull the front desk staff to cover their lobby. When asked, I was told “it’s company policy to have someone at 125 at all times” and no word on why 10 St Paul’s is the stepchild.
Rent continued to go up regardless. Unit rates are quite sporadic. Much larger units pay less than smaller etc. For the most part tenants move out once their free month concessions expire prior to lease renewal. Nobody has been in this building longer than my 5 year stay. I’ve also been told management prefers tenants move out rather than deal with complaints/concerns.
When we moved in fall of 2016, we were also under the impression that the rooftop was to be complete that coming summer. It was finally complete for tenants summer 2020. We’d be paying for that space as well for 3+ years without have access to it at all.
Advice to owner:
Concessions for tenants now that amenities have been robbed from us. Transparency around changes & proper prompt responses for all.
