Pros:
- diverse community
- lots of shops nearby
- new appliances
- has an elevator
- can access other buildings' laundry
- 12 mins walk from subway
Cons:
- no kitchen counter space
- not wheelchair friendly
- no bathroom ventilation
- no microwave
- packages get stolen
- limited internet options
