New and clean with amenities
Cons:
All packages and mail are being stolen by a resident and landlord refuses to do anything about it.
Advice to owner:
Deal with tenants that break lease agreements.

Pros:
The building is impeccably clean. There’s a cleaner who comes every other day to take out trash and mop the floors. This keeps pests and rodents to a low. Even few bugs like to hang around. The building is thoughtfully designed and includes common spaces at no extra charge to residents. Residents are generally quiet and keep to themselves but are not unfriendly. The building is also south facing so front apartments get plenty of sun.
Cons:
The building is on a Main Street, so the noise from the street below is a constant. There was also construction work in the building during my tenancy so noise from that was annoying as well. The building is also overpriced for a 1 bedroom, but advertises the ability to create a flex second bedroom. This turns your apartment into a shoebox. There will be no room to walk.
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive about informing residents about construction work that may be loud. Also, you might reduce package theft if you just had your cleaning guy deliver packages to people’s doors.
