Better than expected
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Price, Cleanliness, Super, Management, were all great in my opinion. The building has a true Brooklyn feel and is very well maintained.
Cons:
Wish they had more parking spots available:(
Advice to owner:
Add additional parking

Converted Furniture Factory
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful apartments, exposed wood ceiling, 15ft ceilings. 8ft windows. Sun drenched, renovated. Elevator and laundry in building. Great security and access to private gated parking and a bike lock area. Beautiful neighborhood.
Cons:
The apartments with the exposed exposed ceilings are unbelievably loud, they act like tuning forks. Your neighbors feel like roommates, you can hear, smell, feel everything like the wall is a curtain. It’s the worst noise level I’ve ever heard. I would sacrifice the ceilings for drywall in an instant.

The water is occasionally brown when you turn the faucet to hot. The management company said they installed a filter and that it was the cities fault. When we moved in there was an abandoned church building across the street. There is currently a 15 story luxury apartment building that is being constructed 25 feet from our unit. That construction won’t be complete until the end of 2023. It’s very loud. Parking is a little expensive at $200/month. Laundry is a little expensive too. There is a very active public park across the street that is very busy with cars and loud music contesting the street. Next door is a Pratt dorm so you share the block with college kids.
Advice to owner:
Finish the ceilings.
