This was a great apartment when I lived here!
Cons:
The landlord “accidentally” flooded our apartment when he was doing construction. We had to do an emergency move..conveniently he was renovating the building and we were one of the only tenants left. I didn’t end up taking him to court because I couldn’t prove that he intentionally forced us out, and he played dumb. When we tried to talk to him about this, he deferred to his broker Katarina who escalated the situation and literally yelled and my and my roommates in the apartment building and said we were lying. It was crazy, she has some kind of anger management issues. Seriously stay away from this place.
