Rent stabilized apt

Pros:
Rent stabilized! Can't beat the price.
Good layout of apartment and decently sized.
Things generally work.
Cons:
Location, by the train.
You get used to the noise though.
Advice to owner:
None

Nice space, loud and too hot

Pros:
Space is good for 1 person. Super is responsive and lives nearby
Cons:
Heat is too intense. Next too above ground subway. Can not open windows to cool down unit. Had to run a/c during the winter
Advice to owner:
Get a more responsive heating system

Responsive super lives nearby
Cons:
Above ground subway makes the place very loud. Heat blasts during the winter and it gets too hot. Because of the subway you can’t keep windows open. Had to run A/C in the winter
Advice to owner:
Upgrade heating system to be more responsive.
