Great in the beginning
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - close to trains and Brooklyn Museum
Super was friendly
Neighbors were nice
Dedicated trash area
Laundry in basement
Cons:
We had a downstairs neighbor that created a cockroach situation towards the end of our lease. Super took a while to respond. Rats by the trash.

Great location, but poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location — near the park and great restaurants.
Cons:
Roach infestation not handled by the building management, they were quite rude about the whole thing — we had to pay out-of-pocket.
Advice to owner:
Provide better support for pest control.

Loved it here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful location, tons of things to do. The building is kept nicely and feels clean and comfortable.
Cons:
The walls are paper thin and I could always hear my upstairs neighbors’ every move.
