Good Boerum Hill/Cobble Hill option
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great—really central but still quiet with a residential feel. Never had issues with trash management, and the common spaces (stairs and lobby) were also kept clean. Management was very responsive to issues (broken window screens, etc.). Laundry in basement was a plus, and so was the backyard space.
Cons:
Bedrooms get great natural light, but the center of the apartment gets virtually none. There have been renovations to the backyard since we left (paving, etc.) that have made it feel more city-like and less like a green oasis. Only one of the dryers in the basement worked consistently, so waiting for laundry time was sometimes an issue.
