Landlord is super nice and responsive, lived here 2 years. Newly renovated and priced very kindly. Nice 2 bedrooms + office and 2 full bathrooms. Neighborhood is sweet and quiet. Very close tot he subway,
Water pressure kept getting low towards the end of my lease.
