Not the best management

Pros:
New building, nice bathrooms, very effective HVAC, good location
Cons:
Unreliable management. Cooking gas was out for the building for an entire month with no rent reduction, walls are thin and noise travels far, lots of dog owners that use the shared courtyard as their litter box and barking can be heard throughout the building, packages get stolen, build quality is very poor
