Pros:
Washer / dryer in unit Natural light Fitness center in building
Cons:
Cockroaches Building is dirty Management company is infuriatingly slow to respond Loud neighbors and loud street parties right on Herkimer Pl.
Advice to owner:
Invest in regular pest control and ensure management company actually responds to maintenance requests.

Terrible Neighbor who stole packages and gave us roaches

Pros:
The apartment itself is pretty modern, high ceilings, AC included.
Cons:
Neighbors are terrible. Constantly left their belongings and trash on our doorstep, which eventually led to the roaches in their apartment entering ours, something Management did little about.
Advice to owner:
Offer more thorough pest control.

Central air, laundry in each unit, dishwashers
Cons:
The building is disgusting. Trash everywhere in the lobby and stairwells. The neighbors in the building do not know how to pick up after themselves and they blare music late into the night and have no respect for anyone around them. On top of that, people like to hang out on the side street (Herkimer Place) and blast loud music any time it's nice outside. If you like to have your windows open, good luck because it's unbelievably loud with the LIRR a block away, a busy road outside and neighbors who don't know how to keep quiet.

New Building with poor maintenance.

Pros:
New building with in unit w/d, dishwasher, gym.
Cons:
Common areas are consistently littered with trash. Basement has Sheetrock dust for months. Packages have been stolen multiple times. Elevator breaks at least once a month.
