good apartment overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, central a/c, close to the L&G
Cons:
could use more closet space
Filthy, unresponsive, cheaply maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only good thing
Cons:
Building is filthy. Every repair is done as cheaply as possible if it is done at all. Mold and rodent issues with no end in sight.
Advice to owner:
Invest more into the property.

Cute building but dishonest landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, clean common areas, subway just right in front, did not see any pests when I was there
Cons:
Landlords raise the rent astronomically when your lease is up and also charged me 50 extra every month saying that I had to pay for water (water is free in NY) and I did not know as I was an out of towner and they exploited that.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming people

Cons:
No sunlight on any of the floors
Advice to owner:
Lower rent

Rude Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was good
Cons:
Management was extremely rude, and they charged a $50 water bill even though water is free in nyc (just as the previous reviewer mentioned). They also hiked up the rent after a year. Would not recommend.
