Overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was convenient for my job, large windows, good sized bathroom, and the kitchen was nice.
Cons:
My only window was directly on the sidewalk. The front doors of the apartment did not block sound well at all. Not easy to get communication from management. Loud alarms go off for days on end. Loud neighbors who don’t respect apartment etiquette, use common spaces in hallways for their belongings. Front door slams shut very loudly.
Advice to owner:
Keep up with maintenance better, lower the rent because the building does not really have amenities.
