Quite a useless landlord

Pros:
Building and apartment is nice enough. Up to date appliances (stove, oven, fridge, and microwave). Central heat/AC. Mostly clean renovation before we moved in.
Cons:
Water pressure dropped in half when the landlord decided to tap into the existing water line serving multiple apts. There’s two apartments with a pharmacy on the ground floor. The electric meters have been mismatched to the apartments. We were paying our neighbors bill for who knows how long. They couldn’t open an account because someone was already paying it. Every time our neighbors move in or out our electricity gets shut off because of the mismatch.
Advice to owner:
Hire a real super. The guy you have is only a handyman and doesn’t understand enough English for us to convey issues. Stop cutting corners. Fix things the right way the first time. Don’t shout down your tenants on the phone when they call you because the handyman doesn’t understand us.
