    It was fine
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Most neighbors are great
    - Landlord is very responsive
    - Spacious rooms & closets
    Cons:
    - Kitchen needs updating
    - No washer/dryer
    - Huge rats on the block outside
    - Cracking molding
    - Uneven floors
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing in terms of maintaining things but there are some items that you should consider addressing in order to keep up with competing apartments.
