Great little floor-through building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived on the second floor (which was the top floor). The sunlight was BEAUTIFUL as there were windows on 3 sides of the apartment. It’s also right in the heart of Williamsburg. Huge separate living room that you don’t even realize is there until you walk down a hallway off the kitchen and it opens up. Lived here for 5 years and was very sad to leave.
Cons:
It’s a bit on the older side so we had a a couple cockroach sightings per year. But the landlord was very responsive and would send someone to spray within a couple days after we’d contact them. It’s loud. It’s right on Bedford ave and all the windows mean the noise seeps into the apartment easily. It’s not always bad. Sometimes it’s a saxophone playing on the corner. But sleeping you just need some white noise and you’re fine. Idk what it is but ppl rev their engines SO LOUDLY in that area. Obnoxiously. There are sometimes dead cockroaches in the front foyer of the building for weeks. The mailman and package delivery can only get in the building if you buzz them in.
Advice to owner:
Maybe just make sure the hallways/staircases of the building are swept once a week? And if it’s possible to get the mailman a key?
