I liked that the staff is willing to help and provides lots of resources. The common areas are very clean and updated.

The rooms can be small and dated. In the winter the hallways are very cold. Windows sometimes leak when there’s rain.

Great to live in as a student
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean, has lots of common spaces, and nice rooms! It’s a great building to live in as an undergrad and is relatively affordable
Cons:
This building is geared towards students with the rooms being dorm style. It’s hard to bring in guests that do not live in the building, security is stingy
