Great place, sad to leave this building

Pros:
Best view in Williamsburg by far Everyone who works there really wants to help and are so nice The building is perfectly located next to the J and M trains The windows really cancel all the noise Amenities are good Units are quite big for location and price
Cons:
Management decides when to turn on heater and AC, so you might find yourself without it for a couple of days within seasons
