Terrible landlord. Harassed us to move every time he had to fix something.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bodega and laundry being right there
Cons:
Runaway!!! Worst landlord I’ve ever had in my life.

Didn’t have heat for a month and every time something went wrong he told us to move out.

On top of that if you do anything make sure to get it in writing. He told us not to pay rent when we didn’t have heat so we wouldn’t call 311 on him. When he got the heat fixed he asked for all of the back rent and threatened eviction if we didn’t.

He’s a slumlord. Claims to be a small landlord but 800+ units across poor areas and just takes advantage of the less fortunate.

None of his tenants like him or even the super. No one has lived there for longer than year.

Keep in mind he also owns 295 broadway.
Advice to owner:
None he’s too stubborn to admit fault or change.

He inherited the building from his father and never had to work for anything in his life.

He’s just entitled.
