Solid building, beautiful apartments with high ceilings

Pros:
Elevator building in a nice area
High ceilings
Central AC
Washer/dryer in unit
Trash chute on floor
Helpful staff
Cons:
Kitchen setup has minimal storage
Can smell other apartment cooking through vents
No way to let someone in the building without being in apartment (virtual doorman is connected to apartment radio)
Elevator is a little precarious
Have had mice before
