Nice building in a nice area. BAD LANDLORD

Pros:
The neighborhood is gorgeous and the people are so nice. The units are pretty spacious also
Cons:
Building management is slow and kinda rude. Heat and hot water go out frequently and trash piles up outside. They basically do nothing to maintain the hallway and common areas of the building. The never give notice when they expect to work on your unit annd expect you to move your day around to accommodate them. Also it’s on court and the window are thin so it’s very loud.
Advice to owner:
Plan ahead a bit, be responsive and find someone less rude to work with tennants
