Mice and no heat <3 but gas bill will still be $300/month

Pros:
litcherally nothing at all! Cheap? Sure but you’ll make up for it in the utilities you pay
Cons:
Too far from the train, super noisy block, mouse problem, radiators don’t work but use a ton of gas (you will be freezing in the winter but paying like a quarter of your rent in gas bill)

Pros:
At first it seemed fine but then the infestation came
Cons:
Rodents, landlord did nothing to ease any situation. The medicine cabinet fell in the bathroom, landlord took weeks to turn on the heat during the winter.. the list goes on
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent to anyone.

The pros is that you have some where to live and that’s about it
Cons:
Garbage on side walk, landlord is a slumlord, will find way to make you pay for everything.
Advice to owner:
Get out of this business you are a horrible person with no people skills and hatred for brown people
