There is nothing about this unit that is a pro..
Cons:
EVERYTHING!!!!!! There is never any hot water! There is bedbugs, mice, hella roaches, & there is always garbage in the building!! Do not move here!!

Get your shit together!

Roaches no matter how much you clean! Poor management Only care about rent and not there tenants! Something is always broken Poorly renovated Disgusting Building People in hallways smoking allllll day!! Hot water always in and out!
Advice to owner:
Get rid of these roaches and tighten up on security!
