Cleanliness and repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat good sometimes water good
Cons:
Building unsafe entrance lock is broken Building floors are filthy not swept mopped or waxed. Repairs in units are not done. They want your rent but no service. Seems like only only section8 tenants get repairs done. I’m not on section8 anymore so my repairs are overlooked
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better. Hire people that wants to work instead of hiding out. Have supervisors do daily inspection of buildings not just the first floor. Have repairs done when appointments are made People take day off and nothing gets done BUILDING DOES NOT SANITIZE NO COVID-19 CLEANING DONE FILTHY DIRTY
