It’s okay but I don’t miss living there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has an elevator that always worked. Utilities included in rent. Close to train, bus, and stores
Cons:
Always bugs and mice despite weekly pest control presence. Garbage shoots don’t work so garbage is just piled in the garbage room on each floor until it’s collected. Broken things fixed but you have to take time off work because they only come during business hours. The mail room is awful. I had to get packages mailed to work because I didn’t want to spend my whole Saturday morning in line hoping I’d get to the window before it closed.
Advice to owner:
Fix the garbage chutes. Get more people in the mailroom. Offer 24 hour maintenance.
