Flagg Court Coop
Former Tenant
Pros:
construction often but looking to improve building which is nice. They had a recent bug and rat problem which again they are actively working on. laundry on site, friendly helpful neighbors.
Cons:
board takes a while to approve new tenants, requires application fee, move in move out fee, brokers fee, 1st month rent and security. bugs, mice on lower levels. shut off water often for repairs. Have had packages stolen.

Run to the mountains
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet large apartment.
Cons:
Rats, roaches, very badly maintained building, A Super that sexually harasses every woman in the building including stalking and touching and threatening, squatters in some apartments that shit and urine in the elevator and a crackhouse that boosts several crackheads. I can go on and on its A shit show.
Advice to owner:
Get a real management not the monsters running it right now.

Meh
Former Tenant
Pros:
New windows, heat is good, elevator works most of the time, trash is taken out in a timely matter.
Cons:
Way overpriced. Needs to be updated. It takes at least 4 months for anything to be repaired and its difficult to even get a hold of someone in the first place. 3 different companies handle the maintenance in the building so you never know who to call. I think thats a part of their plan tho.
Advice to owner:
Stop taking advantage of your tenants.
